Pretty much all say the same thing, great game, way too short. This game was really good and well done for what was there, but go look at almost every single review. The only reason I brought up stardew was because of price and it was also an indie game so you can't just use the indie card as an excuse. I love how you completely ignored how I mentioned strider which is same price and similar gameplay style as this game and clocked in at 15+ hours, you could use shadow complex as another example or hollow knight similar price another 40 hour+ platformer by indie team. The game is worthy of its price tag - yeah may be it is on the shorter side - but on the other hand it is evident that creators worked very hard on every level - pixel art alone already shows great levels of dedication with amount of sprite aniamation unique for one moment and one moment only (Even Hotline Maimi usually prefered static dialogue boxes with faces while sprites stans still for the most part). And hey - these games are also around 3-4 hours long if you're good at this kind of games.

The closest comparison in terms of game length, style and price tag is Hotline Maimi series. I mean you can speedrun "Battletoads & Double Dragons" in an hour and many who played it still consider this a great game while you can pour many-many-many hours in playing "Dune II" and well it is also awesome. It is like comparing "Dune II" and "Battletoads & Double Dragons" on Sega Mega Drive - same price tag but different gameplay produces completely different result. Please don't compare this game with Stardew Valley - they are completely different.
